Approve Acceptance of Project for the Gymnasium Remodel and ROTC Renovation at
Hillsborough High School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Wilder Architecture, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On July 11, 2006, the Board awarded the contract to the low bidder, Greater Bay Construction Co., Inc. The scope of work provided for remodeling of the existing Gymnasium and renovation of a single story wing used for ROTC and classrooms.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
