Approve Change Order No. 4 in the Credit Amount of $188,181.12 for
Reddick Elementary School, New Facility

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the architectural firm of Harvard Jolly, Inc. On July 11, 2006, the Board appointed the construction management firm of HCBeck, Ltd. This new facility will relieve overcrowding at Cypress Creek Elementary School.

This change order provides a credit for the direct purchase of materials by the District, in accordance with the Direct Purchase Program.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)

This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Certificates of Participation Series (CoPS) 06 ($7,843,871) and High Growth District Capital Outlay Assistance Grant ($6,306,175).
