Approve Change Order No. 1 in the Amount of $173,608.95 Extra and a Time Extension of 91 Calendar Days for Renovation (Phase I) at
Waters Career Center

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Wilder Architecture, Inc. and The Morganti Group, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for new mechanical equipment, general lighting, and finishes in the auditorium.

This change order provides for the addition of auditorium seats; construction of forward portion of the stage in front of the curtain; code-mandated modifications to the fire sprinkler system, exit signs, smoke walls, door frames, and fire shutter; and refinishing of the auditorium floor. A time extension is included for completion of the work.
