SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Weber and Tinnen, P.A., and Walbridge, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for weatherproofing and painting of selected exterior walls, and painting of all steel doors, door frames, window frames, railings, gates, and metal roofing systems. Project completion is scheduled for August 15, 2008.
Approval of the guaranteed maximum price will establish the cost for the project.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Construction cost is warranted at $325,814. The construction budget is $335,551. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Public Education Capital Outlay (PECO) Construction 07-08.
