SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Woodroffe Corporation Architects, and Greater Bay Construction Company, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for replacement of the cafeteria heating, ventilation and cooling (HVAC) system, storefront and windows at Seminole Elementary School. Project completion is scheduled for August 27, 2008.
Approval of the guaranteed maximum price will establish the cost for the project.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Construction cost is warranted at $575,220.97. The construction budget is $575,220.97. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: 2 Mill.
