Approve Utility Easement for Ferrell Middle School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The City of Tampa is requesting approval of easement along the eastern boundary of Ferrell Middle School for the installation of a potable water line.

ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all Hillsborough County Public School Goals and Critical Success Factors.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: No)

There will be no financial impact to Hillsborough County Public Schools.
