Approve Agreement to Reimburse Transporter for Transportation by Private Vehicle

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Due to the severity of the student's behavior, there were limited choices of private transportation. In order to continue to provide exceptional student educational services, in compliance with this student's individual education plan (IEP) and to ensure the student's safety, it was necessary to arrange private transportation services. Approval for transportation services for this child is for the 2008-2009 school year.
