Approve Agreement for Technical Services for Support for School Bookkeepers (Business Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Provide assistance to our schools when they have a vacancy for a Bookkeeper (middle and high schools) or a Secretary IV (elementary). The provider will assist these stated positions that are new to the school system or who are challenged with the public school financial environment. This position assists in relieving some stress from our Principals and Teachers, while maintaining the District's financial integrity, when there are vacant Bookkeeper and Secretary IV positions.
The provider is an experienced high school Bookkeeper who retired from the District in 2006.

To achieve the "Seal of Best Financial Management."
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Funds of $18,076.96 are budgeted in the Budget Department to fund this position.
