EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On May 6, 2008, the Board approved the amendment of the existing architectural agreement with Wilder Architecture, Inc., the architect of record for the recently completed renovation project, to provide architectural services for a new addition which replaces older portions of the facility. The scope of work provides for an additional 16 classrooms and a cafeteria. Project completion is scheduled for October 2009.
Approval of the design development phase will allow the architect to proceed with construction documents.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
The project is currently funded at $4,035,133. The estimate of probable cost is $4,034,250. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Certificates of Participation Series (CoPS) 2004B.
