Approve Renewal of Agreement for Educational Services with Hope Lutheran Church for Adult Education Classrooms, 2008/2009 - $4,200 (Adult and Community Education)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
We request approval of the Agreement for Educational Services for use of classroom space at Hope Lutheran Church, 2001 North Park Road in Plant City. The district has leased classroom space at this facility since 2005 for day and evening General Educational Development (GED) classes. The facility provides approximately 500 square feet of classroom space at a cost of $350 per month, for a total of $4,200 per year to include all custodial services and utilities with the exception of telephone.
During the 2007-2008 school year approximately 500 adult learners attended classes at this site.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Annual Rental expenses of $4,200 are budgeted in the divisional Workforce Development Budget.
