EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On July 17, 2007, the Board approved the amendment of agreements with Holmes Hepner and Associates Architects and J.O. DeLotto & Sons, Inc., the architect and construction manager of record for the classroom addition at Lithia Springs Elementary School, to include installation of vinyl composition tile (VCT) in all currently carpeted classrooms, replacement of carpet in remaining carpeted areas, and exterior and interior repainting of the school.
This change order provides credits for project savings, return of unused contingency funds, and final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program. Included are additional costs for flooring.
The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
