SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Long & Associates Architects/Engineers, Inc. and Halfacre Construction Company, were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for portable relocations, foundations, connections and permit drawings at various sites. Project completion is scheduled for December 31, 2008.
Approval of the guaranteed maximum price will establish unit costs for portable relocations and installations in a total amount not to exceed $1,000,000.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Construction cost is warranted at $1,000,000. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: 2 Mill.
