SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Robinson Green Beretta Corporation, and Kalemeris Construction, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for interior structural repairs and wood floor resurfacing and renovation at Shore Elementary School of the Arts. Project completion is scheduled for October 9, 2008.
Approval of the guaranteed maximum price will establish the cost for the project.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Construction cost is warranted at $525,141. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: 2 Mill.
