SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS

Approve Change Order No. 1 in the Amount of $709.60 Extra and Acceptance of Project for Gymnasium Lighting Replacement at
Brandon High School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The project was planned by the engineering firm of Carastro & Associates, Inc. On April 24, 2007, the Board awarded the project to the low bidder, Riley Electric Company, Inc. The scope of work provided for replacement of the gymnasium lighting system at Brandon High School.

Change Order No. 1 for replacement of switches in conjunction with the lighting replacement.

The engineer advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
