The Durant High School community has assembled sufficient financial resources (a portion of which will include District matching funds) and donated services for construction of an athletic field house. Don Stine Construction, Inc., a licensed general contractor with significant school construction experience, has offered to provide construction management services for the project at no cost to the District. The donated construction management services comprise a portion of the donated services needed for a viable project. Appointment of Don Stine Construction, Inc. to provide construction management services is therefore recommended.

Total cost of the project is estimated to be approximately $300,000, with funding derived from a combination of donated, school, and District matching funds. The estimated value of donated construction management services is $30,000.
