Approve Change Order No. 2 in the Credit Amount of $724,529.20 for
Kimbell Elementary School, New Facility

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On December 18, 2007, the Board appointed The Architectural Practice, Inc. and Batson-Cook Company to provide design and construction management services. As of the proposed boundaries, this school will relieve Cahoon, Forest Hills, and Pizzo Elementary Schools.

This change order provides a credit for the direct purchase of materials by the District, in accordance with the Direct Purchase Program.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
