Approve Change Order No. 1 in the Credit Amount of $531,165.90 for Classrooms for Kids Addition at
Pride Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On November 9, 2006, the Board appointed Wilder Architecture, Inc. and Batson-Cook Company to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for 12 additional classrooms. This addition is necessary to meet class size reduction requirements.

This change order provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
