EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On May 10, 2008, the School Board of Hillsborough County approved the Cooperative Use of Facilities Agreement for the Alternative To Out-of-School Suspension (ATOSS) Programs, 2008-2009 at various locations within Hillsborough County. One of these locations was Providence Park Recreation Center in the Brandon area. The Hillsborough County Parks, Recreation and Conservation Department requested that the Program relocate to their facility on the west side of Providence Road. The County has made arrangements to move the Program's property and equipment to the new location at no expense to Hillsborough County Public Schools ("HCPS").
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Approval of the Revised Cooperative Agreement for relocation of the ATOSS Program in the Brandon area will have no financial impact to HCPS.
