Approve Change Order No. 3 in the Amount of $16,849.82 Extra and Change Order No. 4 in the Credit Amount of $27,762.27 for Classrooms for Kids Addition at
Buckhorn Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On November 9, 2006, the Board appointed Woodroffe Corporation Architects and Vogel Bros. Building Co. to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for an additional 10 classrooms. This addition is necessary to meet class size reduction requirements.

Change Order No. 3 provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program. Change Order No. 4 provides a credit for project savings and the return of unused contingency funds.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
