Approve Construction Documents and Guaranteed Maximum Price for Roof Repairs at Hillsborough High School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

John McKenna, Architect, and Walbridge Aldinger Company, were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for roof repairs at Hillsborough High School. Project completion is scheduled for January 2, 2009.
