Various Schools

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the engineering firm of Key Engineering Associates. On August 21, 2007, the Board awarded the contract to the single qualified bidder, U.S. Water Services.

This change order provides for a reduction of scope at Trapnell Elementary School; additional welded steel plates required due to unforeseen conditions at Dover Elementary School; and 170 calendar day time extension to accommodate a District-requested delay for work at Knights Elementary School.

The engineer advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
