SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve Negotiated Salary Agreement, Contract Language Changes, and Memorandums of Understanding with the Hillsborough School Employees Federation (HSEF).
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
A Salary Agreement has been reached with the HSEF retroactive to July 1, 2008 (Attachment A). Changes in language to the HSEF contract (Attachment B) and the following Memorandums of Understanding have been agreed upon:
Hiring Employees for Specific Shifts (Attachment C)Career Observation Process Review (Attachment D)Transportation Reorganization, Ongoing Negotiations (Attachment E)Overtime Committee (Attachment F)Sick Leave Bank Committee Review (Attachment G)
