Approve Construction Documents and Guaranteed Maximum Price for 3rd Floor Renovations at
Raymond O. Shelton School Administrative Center (ROSSAC)

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

John J. McKenna Architect P.A. and R.W. Tymewell, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for renovation of the 3rd floor, Business Division area, of the School Administrative Center. Project completion is scheduled for November 24, 2008.

Approval of the guaranteed maximum price will establish a cost for the project.

Construction cost is warranted at $318,089. The construction budget is $318,100. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: General Operating Fund.
