EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On May 20, 2008, the Board appointed Long & Associates Architects/Engineers, Inc. and Halfacre Construction Company to provide design and construction management services for the installation, relocation, and removal of relocatable facilities on a continuing contract basis. The scope of work provides for the installation, relocation or removal of relocatable facilities at various sites. Project completion is scheduled for May 31, 2009.
Approval of the guaranteed maximum price will establish a cost for the project.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Construction cost is warranted at $3,500,000. The construction budget is $3,500,000. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Local Millage.
