Approve Change Order No. 1 in the Amount of $10,124.00 Extra and a Time Extension of 15 Calendar Days for Roof Replacement at
Gaither High School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Harvard Jolly, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The scope of work provides for replacement of a portion of the roof at Gaither High School. On May 20, 2008, the Board awarded the contract for construction to Crowther Roofing & Sheet Metal of Florida, Inc.

This change order provides for cleaning of roof drains required due to unforeseen conditions, and District-requested repairs to a portion of the roof not included in the original replacement scope. A time extension of 15 calendar days is included to adjust for rain delays.
