Approve Change Order No. 1 in the Credit Amount of $60,646.34 for Painting and Remedial Modifications at
Stewart Middle School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Architectural Practice, Inc. and J.B.D. Construction, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for interior and exterior painting and remedial modifications.

This change order provides a credit for the direct purchase of materials by the District, in accordance with the Direct Purchase Program.
