Approve Acceptance of Project for Interior Structural Repairs, Wood Floor Resurfacing and Renovation at
Shore Elementary School of the Arts

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Robinson Green Beretta Corporation, and Kalemeris Construction, Inc., were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provided for interior structural repairs and wood floor resurfacing and renovation at Shore Elementary School of the Arts.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
