Approve Change Order No. 2 in the Amount of $119,720.00 Extra for Classrooms for Kids Addition at
Alafia Elementary School
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On November 9, 2006, the Board appointed Harvard Jolly, Inc. and The A.D. Morgan Corporation to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for an additional 10 classrooms. This addition is necessary to meet class size reduction requirements.
This change order adds an urgent roof replacement for a portion of the existing facility to the project scope.
