Approve Acceptance of Project for HVAC, Canopy, and Painting Renovations at
Progress Village Middle School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Reliable Group Architects was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On May 8, 2007, the Board awarded the contract for construction to the low bidder, Cason Construction Management, Inc. The scope of work provided for heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment replacement; canopy repair; and painting.

The architect advises that the project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
