EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On July 11, 2006, the Board appointed Holmes Hepner & Associates Architects and J.O. DeLotto & Sons, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. The renovation will provide required walkway lighting; signage, restroom, and door hardware upgrades for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); storm drainage improvements; heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) control upgrades; kitchen dry storage remodeling, and replacement of selected kitchen equipment; repair of walkway canopies; interior and exterior painting; electrical equipment and lighting upgrades; new exterior doors and frames; new security, telecommunications, and closed circuit television (CCTV) systems; and reconfiguration of Administrative Suite for improved operations.
This change order provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program.
