EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project was planned by the architectural firm of Suncoast Architectural Studios, Inc. On March 18, 2008, the Board awarded the contract to the low bidder, Fleischer's Inc.
Change Order No. 1 provides for revision in scope of work after demolition revealed unforeseen deteriorated conditions in the walls, columns and some balcony areas. Additional scope and services in response to discovered conditions required a 60 calendar day time extension.
The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
