Accept the Lowest and Best Bids Submitted by Various Vendors - Invitation to Bid (ITB) #8113-MST HVAC Direct Digital Control Service (Business Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This bid was prepared at the request of the Air Conditioning and Energy Management Services Department to establish fixed pricing for the purchase of HVAC direct digital control services, district-wide. Award of this contract shall be to the lowest overall bidder, per section, as specified in the bid. This recommendation has been reviewed by the General Manager of Maintenance. A more detailed review of the specifications can be obtained by contacting the Procurement Department.
