EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Due to retirements and the need for departmental readjustments, the Facilities Division is in Phase 1 of revising their organization chart and adjusting various job responsibilities in order to meet future needs coupled with budget reductions.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Upon Phase 1 implementation of the Facilities Division realignment/reorganization, there is a current savings of approximately $241,739.27 (partial) (Part 1 Funds). Ongoing annual savings will be realized in the amount of $393,329.09, with a reduction in the work force due to retirements and reassignments (See Attachment 2 for a detailed financial impact summary).
