SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS

Approve License Agreement with Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, Inc. for Parking at 2901 West Cleveland Street Adjacent to Mitchell Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, Inc. ("GTAR") is a community partner of Mitchell Elementary School (the "School"). GTAR has agreed to grant the School permission to use their parking lot location at 2901 West Cleveland Street in Tampa. The use is for specific School functions, which dates and times are attached hereto as Exhibit "B".

Hillsborough County Public School ("HCPS") will not be responsible for any maintenance and/or repairs to this parking area and a fee will not be incurred for its usage.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: No)

No financial impact will be realized by HCPS. This License Agreement is a donation by GTAR as a community partner to HCPS.
