Approve Acceptance of Project for
Hammond Elementary School, New Facility

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On November 22, 2005, the Board appointed Holmes Hepner and Associates Architects and Greater Bay Construction Co., Inc. to provide design and construction management services. This facility was a modification of the Pizzo Elementary School design. The school opened in August 2007 and relieved overcrowding at Citrus Park, McKitrick, and Schwarzkopf Elementary Schools.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
