Approve Change Order No. 1 in the Credit Amount of $3,542.69 for Canopy at
Doby Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Carruthers & Associates Architects P.A. and Greater Bay Construction Co., Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for the extension of a canopy from the Administration Building to the parent pick-up area.

This change order provides a credit for project savings.
