EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Key Engineering Associates, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The scope of work provides for new lift stations at Brandon High School and Cork, Knights, Town and Country, and West Tampa Elementary Schools; sanitary sewer connections at Sligh Middle School and Woodbridge Elementary School; and wastewater treatment plant improvements at Turkey Creek Middle School.
The project was advertised and bids received (see attachment). Award of the contract to the low bidder, Marlon Dunn Contracting, Inc., is recommended.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Total funds in the amount of $458,110 are included in the District Capital Outlay: Local Millage ($44,000) and Public Education Capital Outlay (PECO) Maintenance ($414,110). The contract amount being awarded is $458,110.
