SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS

Approve Award of Contract for Parking Improvements at
Sulphur Springs Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Kisinger Campo & Associates Corp. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The scope of work provides for the addition of 95 paved parking spaces at Sulphur Springs Elementary School.

The project was advertised and bids received (see attachment). Award of the contract to the low bidder, Wichman Construction, is recommended.

Total funds in the amount of $206,000 are included in the District Capital Outlay: Local Millage. The contract amount being awarded is $206,000.
