Approve Change Order No. 4 for a Time Extension of 12 Calendar Days for Classrooms for Kids Addition at
Newsome High School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On November 9, 2006, the Board appointed Wilder Architecture, Inc. and Peter R. Brown Construction, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for 24 additional classrooms. This addition is necessary to meet class size reduction requirements.

This change order provides for fire alarm system modifications required by the Building Code Manager. Included is a time extension of 12 calendar days for completion of the work.
