SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve the Proposed Attendance Boundary for Richard Stowers Elementary School and an Attendance Boundary Adjustment Between Bevis Elementary and FishHawk Creek Elementary Schools
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Richard Stowers Elementary School is scheduled to open in August of 2009. The school is located on the same capus as Glenn Barrington Middle School, in the Circa FishHawk sub-division. Stowers will provide relief to Boyette Springs, Bevis, Lithia Springs, and FishHawk Creek Elementary Schools. For Bevis and Lithia Springs Elementary Schools, the relief will be from the future growth areas of Circa FishHawk sub-division. Further relief will be provided to FishHawk Creek Elementary School through an attendance boundary adjustment with Bevis Elementary School where the boundaries are contiguous.
