Approve Acceptance of Project for HVAC Replacement at
Cypress Creek Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Anston-Greenlees, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On July 11, 2006, the Board awarded the contract for construction to the low bidder, Kenyon & Partners, Inc. The scope of work provided for the replacement of mechanical system components.

The engineer advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
