Approve Change Order No. 1 in the Amount of $27,723.54 Extra for Paving and Lighting at
Robinson High School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Suncoast Architectural Studios, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On June 10, 2008, the Board awarded the contract for construction to the low bidder, J.B.D. Construction, Inc. The scope of work provides for removal and replacement of existing parking lots, additional parking lot lighting, and reconfiguration of primary electrical services.

This change order provides for dumpster location adjustment and additional striping, bollards, and sidewalk to comply with permit review comments. Also included are electrical revisions and restriping of the parking lot to provide additional spaces.
