SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On July 15, 2008, the Board appointed Long & Associates Architects/Engineers, Inc. and J.O. DeLotto & Sons, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for an additional 16 classrooms. This addition is necessary to meet class size reduction requirements. Project completion is scheduled for August 17, 2009.
Approval of the guaranteed maximum price will establish a cost for the project.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Construction cost is warranted at $2,692,500. The construction budget is $2,750,000. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Classrooms for Kids.
