Approve Award of Contract for Courtyard Drainage Improvements at
Tampa Palms Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Key Engineering Associates, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The scope of work provides for courtyard drainage improvements at Tampa Palms Elementary School.

The project was advertised and bids received (see attachment). Award of the contract to the low bidder, Marlon Dunn Contracting Inc., is recommended.
