EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On November 9, 2006, the Board appointed Ranon & Partners, Inc. Architects and Ellis Construction Company, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work included the addition of 16 classrooms required for class size reduction. The field house addition included boys and girls locker rooms, showers and toilets, office and planning area. The field house was funded by private donations and matching funds from the District.
Change Order No. 5 provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program. Change Order No. 6 provides a credit for project savings and the return of unused contingency funds.
The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
