Approve the official name of Elementary School “L”
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
At the School Board meeting of November 6, 2009, the Board took official action in naming Elementary School “L” – Richard “Dick” Stowers Elementary School. In recent conversations with Mr. Stowers he requested that the school’s official name be “Dick Stowers Elementary School.” Although his legal name is Richard Stowers he is known in the community and operates his business transactions as Dick Stowers.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
There is no financial impact to the District.
