SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS

Approve Change Order No. 1 in the Credit Amount of $39,471.70 and Acceptance of Project for Modular Facility to House the
Head Start Administrative Project

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Reliable Group Architects and Halfacre Construction Company were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provided for construction of a modular facility to house the administrative offices for the Head Start Program.

This change order provides a credit for project savings and the return of unused contingency funds.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
