Approve Construction Documents and Guaranteed Maximum Price for Installation of Four Modular Classrooms at
Mango Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On May 20, 2008, the Board appointed Long & Associates Architects/Engineers, Inc. and Halfacre Construction Company to provide design and construction management services for relocatable and modular facilities. The scope of work provides for installation of four modular classrooms at Mango Elementary School, to satisfy requirements for permanent capacity.

Approval of the guaranteed maximum price will establish the cost for the project.
