Approve Change Order No. 1 in the Credit Amount of $8,798.75 and Acceptance of Project for Portable Installation at
Burns Middle School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On May 20, 2008, the Board appointed Long & Associates Architects/Engineers, Inc. and Halfacre Construction Company to provide design and construction management services for relocatable and modular facilities. The scope of work provided for installation of 21 portables to support the Burns Middle School renovation project.

This change order provides a credit for project savings.

The architect advises the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
