EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

We request approval of the renewal Agreement for Educational Services and Facilities Usage with the City of Temple Terrace Fire Department to provide training for fire fighters and paramedics. Learey Technical Center initiated a training program for fire fighters and paramedics for the City of Temple Terrace Fire Department in 2004/2005. The City of Temple Terrace Fire Department has requested renewal of the Agreement for Educational Services and Facilities Usage for the period of July 1, 2009, through June 30, 2010. Training will be provided to approximately 60 City of Temple Terrace Fire Department employees in the areas of fire fighting science and techniques, as well as emergency medical procedures, at the City of Temple Terrace Public Service Academy located at 124 Bullard Parkway, Temple Terrace, Florida. This Agreement for Educational Services and Facilities Usage is mutually beneficial for continuation of necessary fire fighter training for the City of Temple Terrace Fire Department.
